Serge Hunanyan

Serge brings more than 15 years of global experience in accounting, financial management, budgeting, internal audit, and consulting across public- and private-sector organizations. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, later serving as a Senior Internal Auditor at Rosgosstrakh and a Manager at Cardno Emerging Markets. After joining the International Monetary Fund in 2019, Serge served as a Projects Officer and later as a Budget Officer. As a Certified Public Accountant and Project Management Professional, his areas of expertise include fractional CFO services, financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, budget development, month-end close, financial reporting, and tax preparation and planning. Serge works with small businesses and institutional clients to improve financial visibility, strengthen financial processes, and optimize tax outcomes. His approach to client service emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and clear communication, and he takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances before developing practical solutions tailored to their goals. Serge has also completed Harvard Business School Online’s AI Essentials for Business program, complementing his financial expertise with a forward-looking understanding of how emerging technologies can support better business decisions.

John Vieira

John brings more than five years of hands-on accounting experience across staff accountant, senior accountant, controller, and firm-owner roles, with a focus on construction businesses and contractors. His controller experience in the construction industry gives him a practical understanding of contractors’ day-to-day financial operations. His expertise includes full-charge bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll support, month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and the cleanup and restructuring of books before tax season. As an IRS-authorized e-file provider, John also prepares individual and business tax returns, including Forms 1040 and 1120-S. John helps construction clients maintain accurate, tax-ready books, strengthen their accounting processes, and gain clearer visibility into cash flow and financial performance. His approach emphasizes reliable reporting, clear scopes of work, predictable fees, and responsive communication. John earned both his Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting from Fitchburg State University.

Sam Hsu

Sam brings more than 15 years of experience in tax enforcement, financial risk, banking, and advisory services. He spent more than nine years as an IRS Revenue Officer, developing expertise in compliance enforcement, investigative financial analysis, payroll-tax collections, Trust Fund Recovery Penalty investigations, and complex collection cases. As an Enrolled Agent, Sam represents individuals and businesses before the IRS and California Franchise Tax Board in matters involving Offers in Compromise, installment agreements, penalty abatements, liens, levies, wage garnishments, and delinquent business taxes. He also advises high-income professionals, families, and business owners on stock compensation, cross-border matters, retirement planning, estate and gift taxation, and wealth transfer. Sam emphasizes practical guidance, clear communication, and strategies tailored to protect each client’s income, business, and long-term financial security. He earned his MBA from Georgetown University and his bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and holds the Financial Risk Manager designation.
